are firm and there is a modern airconditioning.

Living room - open plan living room with a nice sofa, two armchairs, coffee table all in new
rattan. TV with DVD, Radio with CD player and MP3 player.
Kitchen - is fully modernised with cooker,fridge,freezer, microwave and all utilities you
need.
Veranda - under cover has a dinning table and 4 dinning chairs. There is also a seating area
with 2 chairs and a table.
Front garden - is a lovely place to sit with a 9 feet umbrella, bring out the chair and/or
table from the veranda.
Facilities provided in addition to above - Iron/ironing board, room fans.
